GENERAL  

These are the terms and conditions of Natuure. When you place an order, you indicate that you agree with the general terms and conditions. Natuure reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time.  ‍

Agreement  

There is an agreement when a customer has placed an order with Natuure. An agreement exists when a business customer has returned a signed quote or placed an order. 

Product 

All Natuure products are handmade, based on natural ingredients. Natuure products are as shown on the website, however due to the artisanal process, it is possible that a product differs (colour, weight). Due to the maturing process of soap, the weight is variable. 

Pricing  

All prices on the website include a 20% VAT and exclude any shipping costs. Natuure has the right to change prices at any time. The new prices will not be applied to orders that have already been delivered. Any delivery for orders from customers abroad follow same delivery procedure.  ‍

Shipping 

We will ship the good to the address provided by the customer in the ordering process. This can be the billing address, or another address provided.  After placing an order you will receive confirmation by email within one hour. Natuure tries to ship your order within 48 hours. You will also receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Natuure is not liable for damage or loss during delivery by the delivery service. However, Natuure does everything it can to find a suitable solution. 

International Shipping

International buyers, please note: Parcels are shipping via NL Post, standard air. It can take [approximately 10] business days to arrive. However, this service does not come with any tracking or insurance for lost or missing parcels. Natuure cannot be held responsible for any damage or non-arrival. 

Responsibility  

Natuure is not liable for injury or damage caused by incorrect use of the products. Please read instructions online before purchase. Natuure products are not suitable for consumption. The product description on the website indicates how you should use the product. With soaps with essential oils, it is recommended to test the soap on a small area of skin first if you have sensitive skin or have never used a soap with an essential oil before. Soap is not medicine. And we do not promise to cure any skin problems. Always consult your doctor in case of skin complaints. If pregnant, please consult your doctor before using products with essential oils.  

Right of refund 

The right of refund applies to customers who have placed an order with Natuure. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of purchase without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your address to Natuure are for your own expense. If you make use of the right of refund, the product will have to be returned to Natuure with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@natuuresoaps.com. We will then refund the order amount within five days after registration of your goods return and received in the same conditions. No refunds will be accepted for personalized orders. 

Privacy 

The personal information you provide when placing an order will only be used by Natuure for processing your order. Under no circumstances will we provide your data to third parties. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Wrong order  We do everything we can to deliver your order to you without defects. If it appears upon delivery that the delivered product contains the wrong product or is incomplete, you must report this to Natuure via info@natuuresoaps.com, before returning the order. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products can be reported to Natuure by e-mail within a maximum of 14 working days after delivery. The product must be returned in the original packaging (including any accessories) and in new condition. When the product has been used after a defect or objection has been established, this completely lapses the right to complain and return. Please note: when an order is returned to Natuure by providing an incorrect address, we ask you to pay the shipping costs for sending the order again.
